Membership in the Children and Youth Constituency for Sustainable Communities is free, voluntary, and open to:

• All individuals age 30 and below; and

• All youth-led or youth-serving organizations and entities, including NGOs, informal groups, clubs, networks, and associations

Terms of membership include commitment to the values of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, CYCSC's values (solidarity, justice, universality, equity, inclusion, human rights, and the integrity of the planet), and CYCSC's Terms of Reference.
